The error 'The dynamic library 'rld.dll' failed to initialize (E0)' is usually caused by your anti-virus software trying to clean the The Sims 4 crack, and breaking it in the process. It's what we call a 'false-positive' warning; your anti-virus software thinks it's a virus, because of the way it's packed. (It looks similar to a virus, but it is not)
So, in order to fix this error, you must prevent your anti-virus software from 'cleaning' the file, by adding all of the game folders to your anti-virus software's exceptions list:
1. Open your anti-virus software and figure out how to add folders to the exceptions list. Sometimes there are two different lists for Realtime scans and manual/periodic scans.
2. Add the following folders to the exceptions list:

3. Since the old crack is already broken now, you have to re-crack the game.
